WARRANTY COVERAGE

AQUORE guarantees that the porcelain used in its sanitary ceramic products will be entirely free of manufacturing defects throughout the product’s lifetime. This warranty reflects our complete confidence in the exceptional quality of our materials and manufacturing processes. Any potential issue that may arise will be addressed by AQUORE, which will either repair the product or provide a new one as deemed appropriate.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced by delivering a new product of the same type and quality free of charge. In case the defective product is no longer in production at the time of the warranty claim, AQUORE reserves the right to provide an equivalent product. It is important to note that after replacement, the defective products will become the property of AQUORE. Replacement labor or potential aesthetic damages are not included.

It is important to note that this lifetime warranty does not cover damages resulting from impacts, breakages, or misuse of the product. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the porcelain and does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper installation, inadequate cleaning, or any other misuse of the product.

Customers must register their AQUORE purchases online within one month of purchase and receive confirmation through the contact form below.

If a manufacturing defect in the porcelain is detected, the warranty holder must contact our customer service. The original purchase invoice will be required to process the claim. Our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the claim process and provide the necessary support.
